About the Job: We’re offering a unique opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a rapidly growing market leader and make a tangible impact. In this role, you will be instrumental in generating new leads and creating business opportunities for our Mid-Market Sales team. You’ll also play a key role in supporting our North American marketing initiatives by fueling customer-focused events with high-quality lead generation.
As a BDR at Centric Software, you will help lay the foundation for our future sales by identifying and engaging with forward-thinking fashion and retail brands across North America. Working closely with Sales Executives, you will drive outreach efforts, qualify prospects, and build the pipeline for our industry-leading Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions. Your work will directly support the sales process and contribute to Centric’s continued growth in key markets, including fashion, apparel, and consumer goods.

Key Responsibilities:- Research / prospect identification targets
- Lead outbound prospecting efforts (calling, social media outreach and emailing) to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Directors to strategize and execute sales initiatives.
- Generate interest in Centric PLM through targeted presentations.
- Accessing multiple buyers
- Develop innovative solutions to uncover prospects and convert them into leads.
- Gain a deep understanding of Centric’s competitors and leverage our key differentiators.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all sales activities in Salesforce, consistently meeting daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
Qualifications:- 1+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-driven with a results-oriented approach to achieve goals.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving as part of a collaborative team.
- College or University Degree (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience utilizing Microsoft 365 suite
- Solid grasp of online sales technologies (ex: Outreach, ZoomInfo, Zoom Video Conferencing, Google
Suite, etc.) - Formalized sales training and methodology (eg. MEDDIC / MEDDPICC)
