Join our team and help us revolutionize the fashion and lifestyle industry by empowering retailers and brands to optimize their prices and inventory across channels. We are looking for a tech lead for one of our cross-functional product teams who will be responsible for guiding the technical direction and ensuring the quality of the team’s deliverables. This is a hands-on role, requiring active development next to architectural vision, technical decision-making, and active collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Architectural Vision & Decision-Making: Establish and adjust the team’s architectural vision, guide architectural decisions, and ensure the team understands project requirements.
  • Technical Mediation & Design: Mediate technical debates, lead design meetings, and organize work by breaking down features into tasks.
  • Performance Optimization & Problem-Solving: Build solutions for performance improvements, remove blockers, clarify criteria, and review code.
  • Stakeholder & Cross-Team Interaction: Meet with stakeholders on technical topics, ensure alignment with the broader company ecosystem.
  • Tooling & Technology Enhancement: Improve tooling, manage technical debt, and lead initiatives to enhance the technology stack.
  • Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Promote innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a tech leadership role or similar.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in software development, with experience in multiple programming languages and frameworks. Proven experience in building data-driven applications. Knowledge of AI/ML and SaaS applications is a plus.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Decision-Making: Comfort with making technical decisions. Strong technical/architectural vision.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Bias for Action: Proactive and action-oriented approach.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
