Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Tax Senior Manager or Director with deep expertise in international tax compliance, IFRS tax provisioning, and global transfer pricing. This high-impact role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, multi-entity environments and brings strong collaboration skills across Finance, Legal, and Operations.
The successful candidate will lead the execution of complex tax provision processes and develop global transfer pricing strategies that align with evolving regulatory requirements and corporate objectives. Responsibilities include overseeing tax reporting and compliance across jurisdictions, managing risk, supporting planning initiatives, and driving process improvements across the global tax function.
This role offers an opportunity to shape and optimize the company’s international tax profile while gaining valuable exposure to senior leadership and cross-border operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hands on support in preparation of quarterly and annual worldwide tax provisions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting under IFRS standards.
  • Assist in calculating quarterly Transfer pricing margins. Reviewing and documenting transfer pricing policies.
  • Collaborate with financial reporting teams to ensure tax data accuracy and compliance.
  • Support compliance for US and international income tax filings.
  • Stay current with research on US and international tax rules and transfer pricing regulations, contributing to policy development.
  • Assist in implementing tax planning strategies aligned with business initiatives.
  • Help prepare internal management reports related to tax risks, exposures, and deferred tax balances.
  • Contribute to audit support and documentation requests related to tax provision and transfer pricing.
  • Partner with Head of tax to build tax road map and build robust Tax strategies
  • Cross functionally work with and support other teams from tax function perspective.
Qualifications:
  • 15 plus years of progressive relevant tax experience in multinational company or global Accounting firms.
  • Graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. CPA plus not required.
  • Built and automated Tax provision and Transfer Pricing models.
  • Advanced hands on understanding of tax provisions and transfer pricing concepts
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems such as Netsuite.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop in a dynamic, global environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000 - $200,000 (depending on location) plus bonus.   Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location.  The range for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.  Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary and certain positions may be offered with additional variable incentives.
