We’re hiring a strategic, data-driven Global Performance Marketing Director to lead and unify digital acquisition efforts across APAC, North America, and EMEA. This role is responsible for setting the global Performance Marketing vision, ensuring cross-regional consistency, and driving scalable, high-impact growth programs across Paid Media channels.  You'll oversee a team of performance marketers, acting as a Centre of Excellence for strategy, testing, budgeting, measurement, and enablement ensuring each region consistently executes with agility and alignment to strategic and commercial business goals.

Responsibilities: 

  • Define the global Performance Marketing strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic/Display, Video, and Native platforms.  

  • Effectively manage a team of regional Performance Marketing leads across APAC, NAM, and EMEA to consistently translate global strategy into local execution.  

  • Lead regular alignment sessions to drive collaboration, share learnings, and ensure campaigns reflect regional nuance without compromising global cohesion.  

  • Own the global Paid Media budget and allocate available resources strategically across regions and funnels based on strategic and commercial business priorities.  

  • Standardize global reporting frameworks, UTM taxonomy, campaign naming conventions, and test methodologies to ensure transparency across channels.  

  • Establish effective communication cadences and build strong relationships with regional peers to ensure alignment and collaboration across the global/local matrix.  

  • Serve as the internal owner of Performance Marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, DV360, etc.) and manage relationships with global vendors or agencies.  

  • Define and oversee a global experimentation roadmap by channel, including campaign types, creative testing, audience segmentation and bidding strategies.  

  • Track and analyze performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CPL, pipeline velocity, and attribution insights across regions to demonstrate the value of Paid Media.   

  • Identify high-performing tactics and coordinate scaled rollout across markets.  

  • Collaborate with product marketing, content, brand & communications, sales, and sales operations to drive cross-channel cohesion and maximise performance output.  

  • Act as a strategic advisor to regional marketing leaders to ensure Performance Marketing aligns with objectives and has a compelling narrative for future investment.  

  • Contribute to go-to-market planning for global product launches and campaigns.   

Requirements: 

Must-Haves  

  • 7+ years in Performance Marketing, with 4+ years leading cross-regional teams.  

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, PLG, or multi-market demand generation.  

  • Experience managing complex organizational structures and relationships.  

  • Proven track record driving pipeline and revenue growth via digital channels globally.  

  • Deep knowledge of Paid Media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Programmatic, DSPs), Marketing Analytics tools, and MarTech stacks.  

  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills and ability to manage global collaboration.  


Nice-to-Haves  

  • Familiar with regional channels, e.g. Line Ads (Japan), Weibo (China), Naver (Korea).  

  • Experience in Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Marketo) & CRMs (e.g. Salesforce).
