Job Summary:

Centric Software is the global leader in Enterprise PLM for the Fashion, Footwear, and Apparel markets and is expanding its offerings into new retail verticals focused on developing and sourcing private label products, as well as trading in national and international brands.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our New Markets Retail team, specializing in PLM and Retail Visual Merchandising. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales efforts within multi-category retail accounts, including major grocery retailers, health and beauty retailers, DIY stores, drugstores, pharmacies, and general merchandise retailers.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Engage in strategic account planning for accounts headquartered in the region.
  • Coordinate pre-sales efforts to maximize recognized deal potential.
  • Articulate and communicate the value proposition of Centric Software effectively.
  • Provide accurate and timely business forecasts using SFDC.
  • Build productive relationships in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from pipeline generation to opportunity closure.
  • Develop and execute a plan to drive growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities and translate their business challenges into sales solutions.
  • Work with multiple decision-makers within prospect organizations.
  • Exercise independent judgment within established procedures to close deals.
  • Collaborate with team members to execute sales strategies.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of sales experience.
  • Proven track record as a sales hunter and product/process evangelist.
  • Experience in supply chain, buying, sourcing, retail planning, or merchandising within target market accounts.
  • Expertise in selling enterprise software solutions.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
  • Extensive experience with mass market retail.
  • Strong background in sourcing and buying solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI/optimization solutions is a significant advantage.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and objectives.
  • Quick learner of new technologies, adaptable to changing needs, with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in sales methodologies, forecasting, and quoting.
