实习周期 / Duration：6个月至1年，混合办公，每周至少出勤3天
汇报对象 / Reporting to：市场部门主管 / Marketing Manager
你将在这里做什么 / Key Responsibilities:
- 协助线上/线下市场活动的策划与执行（如研讨会、展会、直播等）
Assist in the planning and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns (e.g., webinars, trade shows, live broadcasts).
- 协助制作市场内容及宣传资料，包括简报、文案、社媒内容等
Support content creation for marketing assets including presentations, marketing copy, and social media posts.
- 负责日常网站内容的更新和维护
Maintain and update website content regularly.
- 协助市场调研、竞品分析和数据整理
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and assist in data organization.
- 协助邮件与社交媒体（如LinkedIn）日常运营与数据跟踪
Support daily operation and performance tracking of email and LinkedIn campaigns.
- 协助整理销售线索，挖掘潜在业务机会
Assist in organizing sales leads and identifying potential business opportunities.
- 协助优化客户沟通材料与内容本地化
Contribute to localization and enhancement of customer-facing materials.
我们希望你具备 / Position Requirements:
- 本科或研究生在读，专业不限（市场、管理、设计、信息技术、工业工程等优先）
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Marketing, Business, Design, IT, or Industrial Engineering preferred).
- 具备较强的学习能力、责任感与沟通能力
Fast learner with a strong sense of responsibility and communication skills.
- 有团队协作精神，工作细致、积极主动
Detail-oriented, proactive, and a great team player.
- 熟练使用Office软件，了解Excel函数和数据透视表，掌握Photoshop/Illustrator/PPT者优先
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), basic functions and pivot tables; familiarity with Photoshop/Illustrator/PPT is a plus.
- 良好的中英文书面和口头表达能力
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
加分项 / Bonus Qualifications:
- 有软件、快消、时尚、零售或制造行业背景/实习经验
Prior internship or experience in software, FMCG, fashion, retail, or manufacturing industries.
- 有视频剪辑、图片处理或创意文案能力
Experience in video editing, photo editing, or creative writing.
- 熟悉使用Teams、Salesforce等数字协作工具
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Teams or Salesforce.
