Key Responsibilities
Tax Provision & Reporting
  • Prepare quarterly and annual income tax provisions under ASC 740 and IAS 12, including roll forwards, deferred tax schedules, reconciliations, and footnote support.
  • Analyze and monitor effective tax rates and ensure accuracy of tax-related financial statement accounts.
Corporate & Indirect Tax Compliance
  • Support preparation and filing of corporate income tax returns, estimated payments, and statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Assist the Indirect Tax team with VAT and U.S. sales/use tax compliance and reporting.
International Tax Support
  • Contribute to analysis of permanent establishment (PE) risks, intercompany pricing impacts, withholding tax obligations, and treaty applications.
  • Coordinate BEPS/transfer pricing documentation and support global compliance efforts.
Tax Planning & Advisory
  • Participate in tax planning initiatives related to entity structuring, cross-border transactions, intellectual property, R&D incentives, and global expansion.
  • Analyze tax implications of commercial contracts, new product offerings, and evolving business models (e.g., SaaS, subscriptions).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Finance, FP&A, Legal, and business teams to integrate tax considerations into operational and strategic decisions.
  • Communicate complex tax concepts clearly to non-tax stakeholders and provide actionable insights.
Process Improvement & Technology
  • Support automation and optimization of tax workflows and data integration from ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
  • Collaborate with external advisors and auditors on provision reviews, compliance matters, and international tax opinions.
Ad Hoc Projects
  • Provide tax support for M&A transactions, equity compensation planning, and cash repatriation strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or advanced degree (MBA, MST) preferred.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in tax provision, compliance, and international tax.
  • Strong knowledge of ASC 740, IAS 12, and global tax regulations.
  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle); Avalara experience a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $120,000 + Bonus  + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Candidates who exceed the specified experience and relevant education or training may be considered for compensation above the stated range. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect base salary, and certain positions may be offered additional variable incentives.
