Job Summary:
The Technical Architect, Centric Planning partners with clients and internal delivery teams to design and implement planning solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices. This role translates complex business requirements into scalable functional and technical designs, defining software architecture and configuration to support retail, merchandising, and supply chain planning processes.
With a strong consulting mindset, the Technical Architect supports the full implementation lifecycle—from requirements definition through system testing and validation—ensuring solutions are robust, business-aligned, and deliver measurable value.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $160,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. The range for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary and certain positions may be offered with additional variable incentives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical direction, driving a positive stance on complex solutions
- Develop and document clear technical models to meet client needs
- Identify, delegate, and perform various project-related tasks, including software installation and configuration, deployment training, and deployment support
- Ensure the drafting of documents (blueprint) framing the definition of the integration between planning and third-party systems
- Ensure or participate in the integration between planning and other internal modules and third-party systems.
- Oversee and mentor other consultants during the delivery of solutions
- Assist in the sizing and implementation of simple or complex architectures
- Serve as a bridge between R&D and customer services for issues related to architecture, integration with third-party systems and advanced configuration
- Highlighting and promoting best practices for configuring planning tools
- Make suggestions as to the functionalities of future solutions, the methodology to be implemented and the customization of standards
- Ensure that software quality engineering procedures are followed
- Achieve customer goals and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Scientific or technical degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Excellent technical, verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge on database queries (MS SQL Server)
- Knowledge of retail business processes and industry business issues, at a strategic and operational level
- Knowledge of planning tools and business implementation experience
- An appetite for innovative technologies, a strong autonomy, seniority, a taste for challenge are all qualities that are necessary to join a close-knit, motivated team

Nice to Have:
- Advanced knowledge on database queries (MS Sql Server)
- Experience in Azure architecture, deployment, and optimization
- Knowledge of main ERP Software modules
- Power BI knowledge (Dataset modelling and Dashboard design)
