Job Summary:
We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer to implement, integrate, and deploy scalable AI solutions for the fashion, apparel, and consumer goods industries. This role bridges advanced AI research and real-world applications, delivering seamless integrations that enhance product personalization and customer-facing experiences.
You will be responsible for leveraging existing frameworks, APIs, and third-party partners to create robust, production-ready Generative AI solutions, enabling faster time-to-market for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Implement, integrate, and optimize Generative AI workflows using technologies such as ComfyUI, Flux, LoRA, and third-party APIs.
Build and deploy scalable AI pipelines to handle large-scale data and real-time processing.
Collaborate with researchers and developers to transition prototypes into fully functional solutions.
Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and reliability across various customer applications.
Work with cloud-based infrastructures to support the deployment and scaling of AI solutions.
Continuously monitor and enhance deployed solutions based on performance and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong expertise in deploying and optimizing Generative AI models using existing frameworks. Expertise in Generative AI, including diffusion models, LoRA, and advanced training methodologies.
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and scalable GPU system design.
Proficiency in integrating third-party APIs and creating end-to-end AI workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
Proven ability to translate research concepts into practical prototypes and solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with other programming languages commonly used in AI research.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 - $250,000 + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Candidates who exceed the specified experience and relevant education or training may be considered for compensation above the stated range. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect base salary, and certain positions may be offered additional variable incentives.
