We are seeking a proven sales leader who will serve as the champion of the Central European market. The ideal candidate is a native German speaker with deep cultural fluency and an intimate understanding of the competitive landscape in the DACH region.
This individual is a hunter by nature, relentlessly focused on new business acquisition and consistently exceeding targets in a complex enterprise software environment.
This is not a desk-bound management role — it’s for a hands-on leader who thrives on the front lines, building relationships, driving deals, and embodying the Centric brand in one of our most critical growth markets.
The Opportunity: Own a Critical Growth Engine
The Central Europe region, particularly the DACH market, is a cornerstone of Centric Software’s global success and a key engine for future growth. We have an established foundation of marquee customers and an immense Total Addressable Market (TAM) to capture.
Following the promotion of the previous leader, we are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented sales executive to take the helm of this high-potential region.

Key Mandates:
- Drive Aggressive Growth: Own and exceed the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) target for Central Europe, with a primary focus on new logo acquisition.
- Lead & Develop the Team: Build, coach, and empower a high-performing enterprise sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and success.
- Be the Face of Centric: Represent Centric Software as the senior executive presence in the region, cultivating relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Central Europe region.
- Manage day-to-day sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Report performance metrics and insights to regional and global leadership.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Fluent in German and English, with a strong understanding of DACH market dynamics.
- Demonstrated success in enterprise software sales, consistently exceeding multi-million-euro quotas.
- A player-coach who excels both in C-level negotiations and team coaching.
- Highly motivated, strategic, and adaptable, with a passion for driving growth through execution.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams.
- Deep experience in PLM, ERP, or adjacent enterprise software markets is highly desirable.
- Strong business acumen and ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, global organization.
