About the Role: As an Identity Management Developer specializing in Keycloak, you will play a critical role in implementing and managing identity and access management solutions. Your expertise in Keycloak will be pivotal in ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable access control systems within our organization. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and maintain secure authentication and authorization solutions using Keycloak. 

• Integrate Keycloak with various applications and services, including custom adapters and identity providers. 

• Customize and configure Keycloak realms, clients, and roles to meet specific security requirements. 

• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate IAM solutions into new and existing systems. 

• Automate user management processes and streamline access control mechanisms. 

• Troubleshoot and optimize Keycloak performance issues. 

• Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection standards. 

• Keep abreast of emerging trends and advancements in identity management technologies. 

Technical Requirements: 

• Proficiency in Keycloak administration and customization. 

• Strong understanding of SSO, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML protocols. 

• Experience with LDAP and Active Directory integration. 

• Knowledge of RESTful API development for identity management. 

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). 

• Proficiency in Java, Python, or other relevant programming languages. 

• Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL). 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 

• 3+ years of experience in identity management, with a focus on Keycloak. 

• Demonstrated experience with IAM tools like Okta, and Microsoft Azure AD, in addition to Keycloak. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Keycloak certification or relevant training. 

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). 

• Familiarity with compliance standards like GDPR, HIPAA, etc. 

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000 - $200,000 + benefits.  Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location.  The range for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.  Please note that the compensation details listed reflect base salary and certain positions may be offered additional variable incentives.
