    • Identify and implement scalable revenue processes using technology-driven solutions.
    • Enhance ERP systems and revenue reporting frameworks for efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Billing, FP&A, Treasury, and Legal teams to assess operational impact, risk, and scalability of revenue policies.
  • Audit & Compliance Support: Work with internal and external auditors to ensure revenue controls meet regulatory standards.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Mentor and manage a revenue accounting team, providing guidance on policy implementation, training, and strategic initiatives.
Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing revenue accounting teams in a high-growth environment.
  • CPA or CMA certification (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
  • Advanced ERP experience (NetSuite ARM or similar systems).
  • Proven ability to scale revenue operations, optimize O2C workflows, and implement process automation.
