You are a forward-thinking hands-on B2B marketing professional with a passion for digital innovation, demand generation, and a proven track record in orchestrating digital transformation initiatives. Specialized in driving digital growth strategies, especially in the context of M&A go-to-market digital launches, your exceptional management skills enable you to guide teams towards achieving comprehensive digital objectives. Your analytical mindset and digital proficiency are key in enhancing our organization's digital presence and credibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Global Digital Growth Team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and excellence, ensuring the team's strategies and efforts align with the organization's growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement digital go-to-market plans for mergers and acquisitions (M&A), focusing on seamless digital integrations and impactful market positioning. This includes collaborating closely with the M&A teams and Field Marketing regions to ensure digital strategies are effectively integrated into broader corporate and Field Marketing initiatives.
  • Bolster the organization's digital footprint, striving to establish a reputable and authoritative online presence through strategic content and targeted engagement for our M&A’s.
  • Facilitate strong collaboration with Field Marketing regions to synchronize digital strategies, ensuring cohesive efforts that effectively engage ideal customer profiles, amplify digital awareness, and support inbound lead generation.
  • Utilize analytics and data-driven insights to refine and optimize digital strategies, aiming for continuous improvement in digital channel performance and visibility.
  • Enhance digital platforms to provide outstanding user experiences, ensuring that all digital touchpoints—from the website to social media—are intuitive, engaging, and reflective of the brand's core values. This involves actively managing the digital landscape to foster high user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Manage comprehensive digital projects from start to finish, ensuring they are aligned with strategic goals, delivered on time, and within budget.

Qualifications, requirements, and abilities:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, or relevant fields, and 3-5+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience in a digital growth management role.
  • Experience in PLM, Retail Planning, or Retail Pricing Intelligence and/or Predictive Pricing software is highly valued.
  • Proven track record in M&A digital integration and go-to-market strategies, with the ability to lead digital projects and drive market success.
  • Strong skills in digital analytics and marketing channels (SEO, content marketing, social media), with experience in A/B and multivariate experiments, and a demonstrated ability to analyze and leverage data to inform strategies and improve performance.
  • Exceptional management, communication, and interpersonal abilities, capable of motivating teams, fostering innovation, and collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and independent professional with a creative and proactive approach, flexible in adapting to changing environments and curious minded in exploring new digital opportunities and challenges.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal), ensuring clear and effective communication within an international business context.
