PreSales Consultant
PreSales - Amsterdam, Netherlands - Full Time
Centric Software is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Presales team in the Netherlands. The successful candidate should have extensive knowledge of fashion, retail business processes. Preferably from a Product Design, Product Development, Garment Tech or Buying role.
About the Team
The Centric Presales Team are responsible for engagement with potential customers based in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, the UK and Switzerland. The team are all home based in Europe and report into the Head of Presales for Central Europe and the UK. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

About the Team
The Centric Presales Team are responsible for engagement with potential customers based in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, the UK and Switzerland. What you will be doing:
- Working directly with prospective Customers to identify their business problems and pain points
- Configure the software and create data that best reflects the prospects requirements
- Contribute to writing RFPs and SOW
- Demonstrate the business benefits embedded in the software with enthusiasm
- Foster relationships to build trust with both Prospects and Customers
- Ongoing communication with existing Customers to keep them informed of new features and future growth opportunities
What you bring:
- Highly self-motivated as well as the ability to collaborate with a team
- Have an in-depth knowledge about fashion and retail industry processes
- Feel comfortable presenting to all Customer roles from administrative to c-suite
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Resourcefulness, adaptability and creative thinking
Added bonus:
- Familiarity with PLM/PDM
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator / CAD tools / Browzwear / CLO
- Familiarity with ERP
- Familiarity with writing expressions / site.xml
- Fluent in Dutch and English
