Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our Retail Planning and Visual Merchandising team. In this role, you will lead solution implementations for major Fashion and Sporting Goods retailers. As the global leader in Enterprise PLM for the FMCG sector, Centric Software is expanding its portfolio into Retail Planning — and you’ll play a key role in driving this growth by shaping best-in-class solutions that connect business needs with cutting-edge technology. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with client business experts to define, optimise, and align business processes with best practices.
Partner with the solution delivery team to design and deliver tailored technical solutions.
Gather, analyse, and challenge business requirements, translating them into clear and actionable functional specifications.
Design and define the software architecture and configuration needed to support target business processes.
Contribute to the creation and execution of system testing and validation plans to ensure solution quality and performance.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills — both verbal and written.
Working knowledge of database queries (MS SQL Server).
Solid understanding of retail business processes and challenges at both strategic and operational levels.
Proven consulting experience in IT, Merchandising, or Supply Chain Planning.
Experience with enterprise business applications and Supply Chain Management systems and tools implementation.
Demonstrated business and implementation expertise in similar solution environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in MS SQL Server query development.
Familiarity with ERP system modules and their integration with planning solutions.
Experience with Power BI for data modelling and dashboard design.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $160.000 (depending on location) + Bonus and Benefits Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. The range for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary and certain positions may be offered with additional variable incentives.
