Security Architect, Cloud Services

As a Security Architect, your primary responsibility will be to lead and oversee the security aspects of our solution architecture. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our solutions meet the stringent security standards and compliance requirements set forth by ISO27001, SOC2, PCI DSS, and other relevant regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

• Security Compliance: Ensure that the solution architecture aligns with all mandated security standards, legal regulations, and industry best practices, including ISO27001, SOC2, PCI DSS, and others as applicable.
• Security Assessment: Conduct thorough security assessments and risk analyses of the solution architecture, identifying vulnerabilities and potential security threats.
• Security Strategy: Develop a comprehensive security strategy that encompasses all aspects of the solution, including data protection, access control, encryption, and compliance.
• Compliance Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation related to security compliance, including security policies, procedures, and controls.
• Security Audits: Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate security audits and assessments, ensuring that the organization is in full compliance with all security standards.
• Security Training: Provide security training and guidance to cross-functional teams to raise awareness and promote a culture of security within the organization.
• Incident Response: Develop and implement incident response plans and procedures to address security incidents effectively.
• Vendor Security: Assess and ensure the security compliance of third-party vendors and service providers that are part of the solution architecture.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging security threats and technologies, continuously enhancing the security posture of our solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in security architecture and compliance, with a focus on ISO27001, SOC2, and PCI DSS
• Strong understanding of security principles, practices, and technologies
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar certification
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud security and cloud compliance frameworks
• Knowledge of security risk assessment methodologies
• Previous experience in security architecture for complex projects
• Familiarity with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
