Technical Consultant, Customer Success

Professional Services - North Italy, Italy - Full Time

We are looking for a "Technical Consultant" to join our team at a dynamic, high growth B2B technology company!
Centric Software specializes in technology innovations for fashion, Retail, Apparel & Footwear Industry, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and High-Fashion market outdoor to help them design, develop and bring their best products to market.

This position will report to the Italian Technical Team Manager, Customer Success.


Responsibilities:

  • Size and Setup customer environment based on microservice architecture
  • Analyze the technical requirements, transpositions, and implementation of technical
  • activities like
    • Standard and advanced Centric PLM configuration
    • System Integrations (ESB, ERP, DAM, PIM)
  • Develop technical documentation
  • Technical Trainings to customer and partner

 


Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor/Master’s degrees in IT preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar technical role
  • Good programming language skills: Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node, React
  • Good DB programming language skills: PL-SQL, T-SQL
  • Good confidence and experience on working on Cloud
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent time management and organization
  • Available to travel and work on customer site and remotely
  • Experienced on Agile deployments methodology
  • Nice to have: experience on Publisher/Subscriber design pattern, Docker, Rancher,
  • Kubernetes, and REST API
  • MS Office
  • Confluence & Jira
