About the Role
We’re developing an advanced web platform that combines generative AI, real-time user interaction, and creative tools to support design and merchandising teams in the fashion and retail industries. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in bridging AI workflows with user experience—integrating powerful generative APIs and orchestrating image and video rendering infrastructure.
You’ll work across the front-end experience and backend orchestration layers, ensuring real-time performance and scalable deployment for a global user base. Your role will involve close collaboration with product managers, front-end engineers, researchers, and creative stakeholders to transform prototypes into production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• API Orchestration & Integration – Design and implement robust, scalable backend services that integrate with generative AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Stability, Runway).
• Infrastructure & Deployment – Deploy and maintain GPU-accelerated rendering workflows and asynchronous job queues.
• Full-Stack Development – Build and connect React front-ends to Node.js or Python-based services, supporting real-time preview, generation, and collaboration.
• Cloud Storage & Asset Handling – Implement and manage asset pipelines using S3, Cloudinary, or similar solutions.
• Performance & Monitoring – Optimize throughput, latency, and cost-efficiency across critical backend paths and rendering workflows.
• DevOps – Automate deployment pipelines, manage environments, and ensure system resilience through CI/CD practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with prompt engineers, UX designers, and product teams, iterating based on performance insights and user feedback.

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with hands-on exposure across the stack.
• Proficiency in React, Node.js, Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Strong backend architecture expertise, including API design and microservice integration.
• Experience deploying infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including GPU-based workloads.
• Familiarity with asynchronous workflows, job queues, and rendering orchestration.
• Knowledge of cloud storage and asset management pipelines (S3, Cloudinary, etc.).
• Solid DevOps expertise, including Docker, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure monitoring, and environment management.

• Experience integrating AI or ML models into production workflows.
• Familiarity with NestJS, ElasticSearch, or event-based architecture.
• Experience with real-time content generation or large-scale rendering.
• Exposure to design systems or component-based front-end architecture.
• Background in B2B platforms, creative tools, or SaaS infrastructure.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, particularly when working across technical and non-technical teams.
• Proactive, independent problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
• Clear sense of ownership and accountability throughout development cycles.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 150,000 - $210,000 + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Candidates who exceed the specified experience and relevant education or training may be considered for compensation above the stated range. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect base salary, and certain positions may be offered additional variable incentives
