Global SEO Lead

We are seeking a seasoned expert in SEO strategies and implementation for our global online strategy and execution. As the Global SEO Lead, you will be responsible for orchestrating various categories of SEO practices, including on-page, off-page, technical, and others. Your primary objectives will be to increase our visibility and share of voice, drive quality engaged traffic, and convert that traffic into leads. You will closely collaborate with regional localization digital content experts to ensure our online presence aligns with corporate and local positioning while maintaining cultural relevance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement global SEO strategies encompassing on-page, off-page, technical, and other relevant categories to improve search engine visibility and organic traffic, with a strong emphasis on lead generation.

Collaboration with Regional Experts: Work closely with regional localization digital content experts to align our global online presence with corporate and local positioning, driving quality engaged traffic.

Technical SEO Mastery: Implement and oversee technical SEO best practices, ensuring website optimization and adherence to search engine guidelines to effectively convert traffic into leads.

CMS Expertise: Leverage your proficiency in our CMS platform to efficiently manage and optimize global locale sites, facilitating their smooth navigation by search engines and contributing to our technical objectives.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with field marketing and content teams to integrate localized content seamlessly with design elements for an engaging user experience.

Digital Content Templates: Develop and maintain global digital content strategies and templates, empowering localization teams to create effective content while adhering to accessibility standards and SEO best practices.

MarTech Utilization: Serve as the administrator for our SEO tools, enabling data-driven decision-making through tools such as heat mapping, SERP analysis, and SEO monitoring, ultimately aiding in achieving our objectives of increasing visibility, driving quality engaged traffic, and generating leads.

Qualifications and requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Extensive experience in global website localization, SEO, and digital content management.
  • Proficiency in various categories of global SEO practices including on-page, off-page, technical, and others.
  • Strong technical skills and experience with CMS platforms, preferably Contentful.
  • Project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Deep understanding of cultural nuances and preferences in global markets.
  • Proven experience in localizing digital content to achieve a high level of user experience (UX) and SEO optimization.
  • Strong working experience in B2B SaaS is required.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices, including WCAG.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work 100% remote effectively and productively.
     
Compensation Model: This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and a performance-based bonus structure. Your efforts in enhancing lead generation through website localization and digital content optimization, including SEO metrics, will be a key factor in determining your performance-based bonus.
