Job Summary

Centric Software is seeking a strategic and dynamic Global Product Marketing Manager to lead positioning and go-to-market efforts for our PLM solutions in the multi-category retail and consumer electronics industries — two of our core verticals. This role is part of a newly structured Product Marketing team and will help balance our global footprint with a strong presence in North America.

You’ll be responsible for translating technical capabilities into compelling commercial narratives that drive awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Regional Marketing to launch products and campaigns, strengthen global messaging consistency, and enable regional execution across key markets.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution
  • Define product positioning and value propositions for Centric PLM and adjacent solutions, ensuring clarity, consistency, and differentiation across industries and regions.
  • Develop messaging frameworks and proof points that connect product capabilities to tangible business outcomes.
  • Partner with Product Management to translate market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into actionable recommendations.
  • Coordinate go-to-market and product launches with Product, Sales, and Marketing to maximize global impact.
  • Create and execute global campaigns in partnership with Regional Marketing to drive awareness and pipeline growth.
  • Lead Analyst Relations activities including briefings, inquiries, and RFIs to ensure Centric is well-represented in key industry benchmarks.
  • Develop customer testimonials, case studies, and proof points to strengthen messaging and support campaigns.
  • Leverage storytelling and content creation skills to produce high-quality materials that communicate Centric’s value across diverse channels.

Sales Enablement
  • Create and manage enablement assets — including product decks, playbooks, and competitive battlecards — to support Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Ensure unified product messaging across all channels, from digital to events to customer communications.
  • Act as an internal ambassador for product value storytelling, helping teams articulate Centric’s differentiators clearly.

Performance & Insights
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (conversion rates, win rates, pipeline impact) to refine GTM strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve messaging effectiveness and campaign performance.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B enterprise software, ideally within retail or consumer goods industries.
  • Proven success developing go-to-market strategies and messaging for PLM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of retail and product development lifecycles, from concept to shelf.
  • Experience aligning Product, Marketing, and Sales in complex, multi-regional organizations.
  • Ability to translate technical features into compelling business benefits and commercial narratives.
  • Demonstrated excellence in content creation — blogs, white papers, sales collateral, and digital assets.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced, global environments.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (French, Italian, German, or Spanish) are a plus.
  • Able to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative, creative, and fun team spirit.
