Title: Business Development Representative, Planning & Pricing
Location: United States or Canada – Remote  

About the Job:

Centric Software's Planning & Pricing division is offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you'll be essential in generating new leads and business opportunities for our Planning & Pricing sales division. By collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams, you’ll help drive Centric’s customer-focused events and provide support through targeted lead generation strategies. You’ll have the chance to dive deep into how our innovative solutions, especially in planning, pricing, and merchandising, are transforming the retail, fashion, and apparel industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research / prospect identification targets
  • Lead outbound prospecting efforts (calling, social media outreach and emailing) to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate Sales Executives to strategize and execute targeted sales initiatives in the Planning & Pricing division
  • Generate interest in Centric Planning & Pricing solutions through targeted presentations.
  • Develop innovative solutions to uncover prospects and convert them into leads.
  • Gain a deep understanding of Centric’s competitors and leverage our key differentiators.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all sales activities in Salesforce, consistently meeting daily, weekly and monthly KPIs. 
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field (Minimum 1 Year)
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with effective problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-driven with a results-oriented approach to achieve goals.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving as part of a collaborative team.
  • College or University Degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong experience utilizing Microsoft 365 suite
  • Solid grasp of online sales technologies (ex: Outreach, ZoomInfo, Zoom Video Conferencing, Google
    Suite, etc.)
  • Formalized sales training
